These Facilitator Members have full access to the space and facilitates 24/7

• Flexible use of the Saunders Room (average 6–10 hrs/week, no strict time tracking)

• Kitchenette use (china, glassware, coffee, etc.)
  

• Use of furniture, whiteboards, easels

Floater Membership

These Facilitator Members have access to the space and facilitates 24/7 but are restricted to 2 scheduled events per week and Residents have priority when scheduling those events.

For emerging or part-time facilitators who want to test, create, or offer seasonally.

Includes:

• Up to 2 scheduled uses per week
  

• Use of the kitchenette + shared resources
  

• Access to the calendar (after Residents)
  

• No desk or storage included
  

• Optional printer add-on available
  

Great for pilots, passion projects, or soul work you’re ready to share.

Dropin Members

For one-off events for aligned outside facilitators by request of Adrienne.

We offer limited one-time rentals for outside facilitators upon be approval by Adrienne — we love chatting with new people, so reach out!

Typical rates:

• $50/hour (2-hr min)
  

• $175–200 half-day (4–5 hrs)
  

• $300–350 full-day (up to 8 hrs)
  Includes private access, kitchenette, and all amenities.
